The receiver on your travel trailer should have a capacity sticker on it somewhere. Lacking that, you'd want to contact Forest River, who will be able to provide that information for you.

Some weight distribution systems do allow you to interchange the bars with the head units but for your application the head of the 6K Equal-i-zer # EQ37060ET that you own is only rated for up to the 6K system so in order to use the 10K bars you need the whole 10K Equal-i-zer # EQ37101ET.
The heads between these 2 kits do have the same mounting bolt hole pattern as the shank though so you'll be able to continue using the same shank. view full answer...

I actually went out to our warehouse and measured the:
-Replacement Sidewind Handle Shaft Bushing for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks # TJD-7000S-BU with a set of calipers # PTW80157, and measured:
-30.09 mm (1-3/16") for an overall diameter,
-23.02 mm (.91") for an overall diameter of the inner circle,
&
-21.64 mm (.85") for an overall diameter of the inner circle to the flat piece (shown in image).
